Terms and Conditions – Evology Student £100 Uber Eats Voucher Giveaway

1. The Promotion

  1. Evology is running a student promotion offering eligible participants the opportunity to win one £100 Uber Eats voucher.
  2. The promotion is open to eligible students who meet the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  3. To qualify, participants must complete the required Evology Parking activity using a registered Evology Parking account during the Promotion Period and must be able to provide satisfactory evidence of their student status if selected as the provisional winner.
  4. One provisional winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants.
  5. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants.

2. Promotion Period

  1. The promotion opens on 30 September 2026.
  2. The promotion closes at 11:59pm on 30 October 2026.
  3. Only qualifying activity completed during the Promotion Period will be eligible.
  4. Activity completed before 30 September 2026 or after 11:59pm on 30 October 2026 will not qualify.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
  2. Be a current student at a recognised UK university or higher-education institution.
  3. Download the Evology Parking app, if they do not already have it installed.
  4. Create or use a registered Evology Parking account.
  5. Complete at least one successful qualifying parking transaction through the Evology Parking app while logged into their registered account during the Promotion Period.

Transactions completed using guest checkout will not qualify. Each eligible participant will receive one entry into the prize draw, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions completed during the Promotion Period.

4. Student Eligibility and Verification

  1. This promotion is open only to current students of recognised UK universities or higher-education institutions.
  2. Entrants are not required to provide student information at the point of entry.
  3. Once a provisional winner has been selected, they will be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify their eligibility. This may include:
    • full name;
    • university or higher-education institution;
    • student number;
    • valid evidence of current student status, such as a student identification card; and
    • information required to confirm the qualifying Evology Parking activity.
  4. The information provided by the provisional winner must correspond sufficiently with the registered Evology Parking account used to qualify for the promotion.
  5. Any student identification or verification documents must be supplied privately using the method specified by the Promoter and must not be posted publicly.
  6. If the provisional winner cannot provide satisfactory evidence of current student status, they will be deemed ineligible and another provisional winner may be selected.
  7. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information will result in disqualification.

5. Qualifying Evology Parking Activity

  1. A qualifying transaction means a successfully completed parking transaction through the Evology Parking app during the Promotion Period.
  2. The transaction must be completed while the participant is logged into a registered Evology Parking account.
  3. Transactions completed through guest checkout will not qualify.
  4. Simply downloading, installing or opening the Evology Parking app without completing a qualifying transaction will not constitute an eligible entry.
  5. Cancelled, refunded, failed or fraudulent transactions will not qualify.
  6. The Promoter may use information associated with the registered Evology Parking account to identify eligible entrants and verify qualifying activity.

6. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are current students at a recognised UK university or higher-education institution.
  2. Entrants must have a registered Evology Parking account and complete the qualifying activity described in these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Guest users are not eligible.
  4. Employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies and suppliers directly involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. The Prize

  1. One winner will receive one £100 Uber Eats voucher.
  2. The voucher is subject to any applicable Uber Eats terms, expiry dates and usage restrictions.
  3. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
  5. Uber and Uber Eats are not sponsors, administrators or organisers of this promotion and are not responsible for its operation.

8. Winner Selection

  1. Following the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will identify registered Evology Parking users who completed the required qualifying activity.
  2. One provisional winner will be selected at random using a verifiable randomisation process.
  3. The provisional winner will then be contacted and asked to provide the information required to verify their eligibility and student status.
  4. The provisional winner will only be confirmed as the winner once all eligibility requirements have been successfully verified.
  5. If the provisional winner cannot provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility, another provisional winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entrants.

9. Winner Notification

  1. The provisional winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with their registered Evology Parking account.
  2. The Promoter will aim to contact the provisional winner within five (5) working days following the end of the Promotion Period.
  3. The provisional winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted and provide any information reasonably requested to verify their eligibility.
  4. If the provisional winner:
    • cannot be contacted;
    • does not respond within 14 days;
    • cannot provide satisfactory evidence of student status;
    • is found not to have completed the required qualifying activity;
    • provides false or misleading information; or
    • otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions,

    the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another provisional winner at random.

  5. The prize will only be issued once eligibility has been successfully verified.

10. Publicity

  1. The Promoter may ask the winner to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion, including the use of their name, photograph, university or a short comment.
  2. Participation in publicity is optional and will only take place with the winner’s agreement.

11. Data Protection

  1. Personal information collected in connection with this promotion may be used to:
    • administer the promotion;
    • identify eligible entrants;
    • verify qualifying Evology Parking activity;
    • verify the provisional winner’s student status;
    • contact the provisional winner; and
    • fulfil the prize.
  2. Student information, including university details, student number and evidence of student status, will only be requested from the provisional winner where reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
  3. Verification information should only be provided through the private method specified by the Promoter.
  4. Participants should not publicly post photographs of student identification cards, student numbers or other personal identification information.
  5. Personal information will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  6. Personal information collected for this promotion will not automatically be used for marketing purposes unless the participant has separately provided the appropriate consent.

12. Disqualification and Fair Play

The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that:

  • does not meet the eligibility requirements;
  • contains false, inaccurate or misleading information;
  • cannot be linked to a qualifying registered Evology Parking account;
  • is associated with fraudulent or manipulated activity;
  • is generated using automated methods, scripts, bots or similar technology;
  • breaches these Terms and Conditions; or
  • is otherwise considered to have been submitted unfairly.

The Promoter reserves the right to carry out reasonable checks before awarding the prize.

The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the promotion is final, subject to applicable law.

13. Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for:
    • entries or qualifying activity that cannot be recorded due to technical problems;
    • failures involving internet connections, mobile devices, app stores, payment providers or other systems outside the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
    • any loss arising from circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects participants’ statutory rights.

14. General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
  2. By participating in the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Any social media platform used to promote the competition is not a sponsor, administrator or organiser of the promotion and is not responsible for its operation.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
