Terms and Conditions – Evology Predict & Win Competition

1. The Competition

  1. Evology is running a Predict & Win competition for the Bolton Wanderers vs West Ham United match taking place on Tuesday, 8 September 2026, with kick-off scheduled for 8:00pm.
  2. Entrants must correctly predict the final match score to be eligible for the prize draw.
  3. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entrants who correctly predict the final score.
  4. These Terms and Conditions apply to all entries.

2. How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must:
    1. Be aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
    2. Submit their prediction for the final score of Bolton Wanderers vs West Ham United by responding to the relevant official Evology competition post on social media.
    3. Submit their prediction before 8:00pm on Tuesday, 8 September 2026.
  2. Entries received at or after kick-off will not be accepted.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any entrant who submits more than one entry will be disqualified from the competition.
  4. Entries submitted through any method other than a response to the official Evology competition social media post will not be accepted.
  5. No purchase is necessary to enter.
  6. Internet access and an appropriate social media account are required to participate.

3. Correct Predictions

  1. To qualify for the prize draw, entrants must correctly predict the final score of the match.
  2. Where more than one entrant correctly predicts the final score, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible correct predictions.
  3. If no entrant correctly predicts the final score, no prize will be awarded.

4. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  2. Employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliated companies, agencies and suppliers involved in the administration of the promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request proof of age or residency.

5. The Prize

  1. One winner will be selected.
  2. The winner will be entitled to choose one of the following prizes:
    • One (1) ticket to Bolton Wanderers’ next eligible home match; or
    • One (1) £50 Amazon voucher.
  3. The winner may select one prize only. The prizes cannot be combined.
  4. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
  6. Where the winner selects the Bolton Wanderers ticket, the ticket will be subject to availability, match arrangements and any applicable stadium or ticketing conditions.
  7. Travel, accommodation, food and any other expenses associated with attending the match are not included in the prize.
  8. Amazon is not a sponsor or administrator of this competition and is not responsible for its operation.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  1. Following completion of the match, all eligible entries containing the correct final-score prediction will be identified.
  2. One winner will then be selected at random from all correct predictions using a verifiable randomisation process.
  3. The winner will be contacted through the social media account used to submit their entry and/or using any contact details subsequently provided for the purpose of administering the competition.
  4. The Promoter will aim to contact the winner within five (5) working days of the competition closing.
  5. The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted and confirm which of the two prizes they wish to receive.

  6. If the winner:

    • cannot be contacted;
    • does not respond within 14 days;
    • is found to be ineligible; or
    • has breached these Terms and Conditions,

    the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible correct predictions.

  7. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to provide the selected prize promptly following confirmation by the winner.

7. Publicity

  1. The Promoter may ask the winner to participate in limited publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name, photograph or a short comment.
  2. Participation in publicity is optional and will only take place with the winner’s consent.

8. Data Protection

  1. Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used to:
    • administer the competition;
    • verify entries;
    • contact the winner; and
    • fulfil the prize.
  2. Personal data will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the promotion and meet any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  3. Personal information collected for this competition will not automatically be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant has separately provided the appropriate consent.

9. Disqualification and Fair Play

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that:
    • is submitted after the closing time;
    • is incomplete or unclear;
    • contains false or misleading information;
    • is generated using automated methods, scripts, bots or similar technology;
    • is submitted more than once by the same entrant;
    • has been manipulated or otherwise submitted unfairly; or
    • breaches these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries before awarding the prize.
  3. The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the competition is final, subject to applicable law.

10. Liability

  1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for:
    • entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to technical problems;
    • failures involving internet connections, social media platforms or other systems outside the Promoter’s reasonable control; or
    • any loss arising from circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects entrants’ statutory rights.

11. General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
  2. If the Bolton Wanderers vs West Ham United match is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition closing date, winner-selection process or other relevant arrangements.
  3. By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The social media platform or platforms on which the competition is promoted are not sponsors or administrators of the competition and are not responsible for its operation.
  5. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
