NHS Charities Together
NHS Charities Together is the national independent charity that helps to support the NHS, working with and providing funding to over 230 charities across the UK.
These charities provide support in a variety of ways, working with communities, ambulance trusts and mental health trusts to help take care of patients, volunteers, and NHS staff.
This invaluable support and funding help keep the NHS working and is committed to providing the support that helps make the NHS better and able to help even more people.
We’ve been incredibly fortunate to support an amazing cause in NHS Charities Together, so far raising almost £100,000 through the round-up feature built into the Evology Parking app.
Being able to raise money for a charity doing such important work has been a real privilege, and every fundraising milestone we hit thanks to the support of our users just adds to that sense of pride.
Chorley Women FC
We also more recently stepped into the world of sponsorship, putting our support behind Chorley Women FC, a local independent football team.
This made perfect sense. Football is massively important to a lot of people, and the women’s game has seen massive steps forward with the continued success of the Lionesses.
There are more eyes on a game, more opportunities for people to get involved and more chances for people to be inspired by what they see on a pitch.
We’re proud to support the team and get behind them and the work that they do within the local community.
Blood Bikes
When there is an emergency, it’s important that the professionals trying to help get the equipment they need quickly.
Thankfully, there are incredible organisations out there trying to make a difference and help.
We sponsor one of the North West Blood Bikes, which is an invaluable service that sees blood, medication and other vital medical equipment delivered quickly by motorbike.
This is an amazing service manned by volunteers who do a lot to help support people in serious emergencies.
Protecting Accessibility
Parking often sits within a community, which is why we are incredibly proud of our solution that protects parking spaces.
Evology Access makes journeys easier for people, promotes more considerate parking and gives people access to the services they need within their communities.
A car park is a small part of a trip, but it has a massive impact on how someone’s journey continues. Problems with parking can significantly impact someone’s mood, decision-making, and even their overall enjoyment of their day.
Being able to help alleviate some of the stress around travel and help people is incredibly rewarding.
