Terms and Conditions – Evology £250 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

1. How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must:
    1. Be a registered user of the Evology Parking App, available from the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
    2. Complete at least one parking or charging transaction in the Evology Parking App between 00:00 on 1 November 2025 and 23:59 on 30 November 2025.
  2. Transactions completed outside of this period will not qualify, regardless of when payment is processed or confirmed.
  3. Users must ensure they are using the official Evology Parking App. Entries from unauthorised or cloned applications will be disqualified.
  4. Each eligible user will receive one entry only. Multiple transactions during the competition period will not increase the chances of winning.
  5. Internet access is required to enter.

2. Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.
  2. Employees of the Promoter, its parent or affiliate companies, agencies, or suppliers — as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) — are not eligible to enter.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility and may request proof of age, residency, or app registration.

3. The Prize

  1. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  2. The winner will receive one (1) £250 Amazon digital gift card.
  3. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
  5. The Amazon digital gift card will be delivered electronically to the confirmed email address provided by the winner.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misuse of the digital gift card once delivered.
  7. Amazon is not a sponsor or administrator of this competition. This promotion is in no way affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  1. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a verifiable randomisation process (e.g., random number generator). Evidence of this process may be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) upon request.
  2. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) working days of the competition closing date.
  3. The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a replacement winner may be selected.
  4. The prize will be sent to the winner within 28 days of confirmation of delivery details.
  5. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Evology £250 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway, Parkingeye Ltd., 40 Eaton Avenue, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 7NA within 3 months of the closing date.

5. Publicity

  1. The Promoter may request that the winner participates in limited publicity (such as providing a name, photo, or short testimonial) to promote the success of the giveaway.
  2. Participation in publicity is entirely optional and subject to the winner’s explicit consent.

6. Data Protection

  1. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purpose of administering the competition, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.
  2. The lawful basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract (the prize promotion).
  3. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to administer the promotion and will then be securely deleted.

7. Disqualification and Fair Play

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
    • Is incomplete, corrupt, or generated by scripts, macros, or automated devices;
    • Is suspected to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms; or
    • Is deemed to be offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
  2. The Promoter’s decision regarding all competition matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Liability

  1. Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:
    • Any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the competition or from acceptance of the prize;
    • Any technical malfunction, network, or system failure which may result in an entry not being recorded or received; or
    • Any loss or damage to the prize once it has been delivered to the winner.
  3. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. General

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  2. By entering this competition, entrants warrant that all information submitted is true, current, and complete.
  3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
